I need to be honest with you here. I totally forgot that I have lunch at Spiral this day, so I was not able to eat this day's meals. I gave it to mom instead. Nevertheless, here's the menu for today.

Breakfast (360 kcal)
Arabian Buttered Eggs with Mint and Lemon
Fruit, Tea

AM Snack (120 kcal)
Fruit Yogurt

Lunch (290 kcal)
Eggplant, Mint and Chili Rice with Fish

PM Snack (180 kcal)
Whole Wheat Crackers
Cheese Wedge

Dinner (280 kcal)
Whole Wheat Wraps with Grilled Veggies, Feta and Hummus
Baked Potato Chips

I like that they not only think about healthy ingredients, they also think about the method of preparing/cooking the food like baking instead of frying the potatoes.
