Pole Flair: Progress after Injury

It has been a while since I did proper training. After I got injured during November, I am just trying to start using my injured wrist again. Healing takes time and patience and it was so hard for me to sit tight and wait for my body to heal.

Pole has taught me that nothing is impossible. My body has proven that to me over and over again as I discover what my body can do when I constantly train. 

Last Wednesday, March 5, 2014 - I was able to do one of the tricks I've been trying to do for a while. The Machine Gun!


Most of the decisions I make today involve prioritizing health and time over money. I am happy to be working at home so that I can train anytime of the day and not deal with the traffic anymore. I also filter my activities lately. It has to be something I love to do. No more career greed. :)
